Complex sentences

Task Description: WALT: Structure an explanation piece of writing correctly
For this task I had to highlight each part of a sentence red or blue.  Red means if one part of the sentence sounds weird on its own. Blue means if the other part of the sentence sounds good on its own.
e.g: The dog barked, and it was loud
The dog barked, and it was loud.

The fragile web of Life

Task description: I am writing about how lions can't live without bees.  If the bees die that means they can't reproduce the grass, the grass dies which means there is no food for the zebras then the zebras die, that means there is no more food for the lions and the lions die, its a food chain.

S.E.E Writing

Responsible, responsible means that you are in charge of something, or you have control over it, like a job, or a chore you have to do. Being Responsible means that  you are a person that is sensible enough to be a leader, captain, or to be in charge of something.  If you are a babysitter, that means you are in charge of looking after kids, which means if one of those kids get hurt, that means it was your responsibility.

Task description: SEE, SEE stands for Statement, explanation, and example.  so my category was RESPONSIBLE, I had to put a statement, explanation, and example for responsible.  Which means I had to write all 3 things related to responsible.  

Persuasive writing.

What the colors mean: Purple for Statement, Green for Opinion, Blue for facts, and Yellow for reason.

Introduction:

Should school always be as long, as it should be?

In my opinion, school should start at 8:50 AM and should finish at 3:10 PM because the students that live far have more time to get to school.

P1 Good :

Finishing Early    

Finishing early won’t be better for us students.

  We need the time to learn.  

If we don’t have that much learning time, we won’t learn that much. 

 Finishing early is good too.  

You can spend time with your family when you finish early.

P2 Better :

Learning

Learning can give us more knowledge, Learning is more important for us kids as we need it, as we grow up, and as our future would really depend on it.

  But also, another reason is when kids want a job that include education, they have no choice but to study.

P3 Best :

Future

We all depend on our future as we need educational learning that can help us to succeed, whether or not, our future will go down the hill.

Conclusion:

It came to a conclusion, in my opinion that school is very important for our upcoming future.

                  Nana and Papa’s house

My Nana and Papa’s place is actually a good place for me to kick back and relax, since there :).

                                           

 Family Times

My Family always Talks. I would talk with my cousins and we will always have a little laugh with it.  My Family also likes to relax, after they eat they go back to their rooms to either sleep, or just Kick back and watch some TV.  I like to go in the lounge so I can look after my Papa. My Papa is sick and I feel sorry for him. Sometimes I think he’s lonely so I would just bring my cousins in the lounge to keep him company.

  Nana’s Cooking(Desert)

My Nana cooks the Best Deserts. She Cooks Koko Laica, (which is Coco Rice). She Also cooks Ko pai, Porridge, and pudding.  Ko pai is cooked with sugar and coconut cream. You would have to roll balls of flour to complete the cooking. My Nana likes to make pudding, it's not like the creamy pudding, it's like a cake.  The pudding is very nice with custard. My Nana doesn't make these deserts all the time but it's nice to have these deserts once a while.

  

 Cousins and Siblings!!

I love to play with my cousins and Siblings. There are 5 of my cousins,  There are 4 of my little cousins who play with toys, and the 2 older ones play on roblox.  So me and my Cousin Siu are the oldest so we’re most likely play on our phones. My brother is 7 years old so he’s the 4th oldest so sometimes he would play with me and my cousin.  Sometimes when we get bored of playing roblox, I would gather all my cousins to play hide n seek tag. I would be the seeker and my cousins and siblings would hide. I am the master at hide n seek.  They never find me cause i'm either hiding behind the curtains or hiding in the closets.

Plans for future Event

My family is always prepared for birthdays, Christmas, New Years, stuff like that.  If all of those events are finished, we will either plan to go to the beach or park.  I pick the beach sometimes cause you know it would be cool if I would take a dip. The park, ehh not a big fan of the park.  Most of the time the park can be very hot. The only place you can find shade is either under a tree, or in the slide. I wouldn’t go in the slide cause kids would slide down, so I would obviously recommend going under a tree. When my family feels like a BBQ, they will actually plan on doing it. But we would most likely plan a BBQ on special events.
